¡¡¡¡Introduction
¡¡¡¡QL-58A(Commor Type) Labor Saving Wrench adopts high
efficiency planetary shifting as main drive. It futures
small dimension, lightness, durability and large gear
ratio and thas a large out put tarque can be priduced
by inputing less force. The product is made of high
grade alloy steel in the process of fine heat treatment
. The outer surface is polished with the plastic spray
treatment and has a fine feel. The wrench is widely
used to assemble and disassemble the tyres of various
heavy trucks. It is a necessity for repairmen or drivers.
¡¡¡¡Directions
¡¡¡¡1. put the sleeve onto the square head of the handle
end and the rocking bar on the other end
¡¡¡¡2. When the sleeve is put on the net to be disassembled
or fastened ,pay attention to the direction of lossening
an tightening . Roll the rocking bar so that the handle
is against the side of another bolt tightly.
¡¡¡¡3. After the nut is unscrewed ,use the long bar to
disassemble quickly.(First use the long bar to screw
on quickly and then use labour saving wrench instead
during tightening.) ¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡Cautions
¡¡¡¡1. Tightening nuts by using Model A ,don¡¯t use force
more than 20kg.When half-round rebound of the rocking
bar is felt. It shows that the nut has come to the place.
The overforce is likely to damage the nut or the tools.
¡¡¡¡2. Do not use this tool as a hammer.
¡¡¡¡3. Do not add force to the rocking bar by using loop
bar or hand bar.
¡¡¡¡4. Special remander: If a greater force is used but
the nut will not be unscrewed,make sure that the direction
of the nut and that of the rocking bar are correct.
¡¡¡¡Follow-up service
¡¡¡¡The manufacturer will be responsible for the product
within six months after purchase if the product is damaged
because of the problem of quality. If the product is
operated by applying overforce and damaged .the customer
will be responsible for the cost of the replaced parts.
The manufacturer will provide the factory cost. |
